Wow, what a great review on Zillow
Wow, what a great review on Zillow. Thanks Mark and Shawn.
We happened upon Bill Triplett, at one of his Moreno Valley Open Houses, when our ReMax agent didn't have time to show us properties and we were house hunting on our own. Bill spent well over an hour after the close of his open house, learning about us and our needs and desires. We immediately felt so comfortable with Bill, we asked him to PLEASE represent us! As we were renters, Bill asked us many questions in regards to what we were looking for in our dream home. Our home had to meet some pretty specific requirements to accommodate some of our family’s special needs. Bill did not drag us to see 99 properties that didn’t meet our specific needs (or were well over our budget) as our previous agent had done the 2 months prior to that fateful day we met him. Bill used the information we shared with him, the information he received from the lender as to what we were qualified for and went to work. Bill showed us 1 house....our dream house! Within a month, we closed escrow and are now moved in the house we NEVER imagined we could live in.......Bing 1st time buyers, we had MANY questions (and yes, we believe some were dumb) but Bill held our hands through the entire process, always answering our silly questions, putting us at ease and in the process, becoming a wonderful breakfast buddy!!! He always was (and still is) available when we need him. Even though the “transaction is complete” we still exchange emails and texts, just checking in on each other. His knowledge of the Moreno Valley, Perris, and Canyon Springs is amazing and helpful to us newbies to the area! I carry Bill's business cards in our car and truck and recommend him to ANYONE who even talks about looking to buy a home. Bill Triplett is a fantastic, caring, dedicated agent that is a blessing to anyone looking for their dream home!
